Wonderful stay! Erich communicated well and offered an early arrival which was much appreciated. Enjoyed the luxury hot tub and air hockey table. Nice host touches such as snacks and wine. Beautiful home with plenty of comfortable seating, extra linens and towels. Mattresses on the firm side but comfortable. Would love to stay during the summer to enjoy the pool. Thanks for sharing your lovely home.

We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and cozy home! Owners were very responsive and accommodating especially when weather may have played a factor into our weekend getaway but didn’t. Loved the hot tub! Offered great suggestions. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

We enjoyed a wonderful weekend stay at Night the Roxbury! Our hosts were absolutely wonderful and truly went above and beyond to accommodate our last-minute booking. As a fellow host, I especially admired the thoughtful attention to detail and the beautiful design work that made our experience feel so special. If you’re looking for an Airbnb in the Niantic area, this is a fantastic spot, look no further.

We had a wonderful Christmas getaway! The home was beautifully decorated and the amenities so perfect for getting snowed in! (Shoveled out by hosts!) The space was wonderful for playing board games while listening to the cool record collection on the turntable. We also really appreciated warming up by the gas fireplace after a dip in the hot tub! An amazing wintertime escape! Communication was superb and the house manual was thorough. I can only imagine how great it would be in the summer!

Staying at this place was nothing short of amazing. I stated that I was there for my daughter’s birthday and there were candles there (we actually used those to sing happy birthday). Whether we went out to Foxwoods or stayed in the home (there was a storm during our second night), we all enjoyed ourselves. There were things to do inside and outside. This will be a memorable birthday for my daughter. Jennifer and Erich have clear instructions on everything and very responsive if you need to reach out for anything. I highly recomm

It is obvious that Jennifer and Erich have put a lot of time and thought into their airbnb. They were responsive and helpful before and during our stay. My family had a wonderful time visiting our son for family weekend at the Coast Guard Academy. The house was very spacious and inviting. There were tons of things to do. My kids loved the air hockey, ping pong table, pool and hot tub. My husband loved watching football on the massive flat screen TV. The grandparents enjoyed sitting on the back deck under the magnolia tree. The kitchen was well stocked and very clean. It was nice to have two large bedrooms with king size beds for the adults and the lower level is perfect for kids/teens. We would most definitely stay here again!

This was a beautiful home! Very spacious and the owners really take pride in their space. I’ve stayed at a lot of homes but the little touches put this home above the rest. Little things such as linens, complimentary water and wine, and condiments really show that they have thought of everything that someone might need while staying a night away from home. It was FREEZING while we were visiting so the hot tub was a plus but we had “warm weather envy” viewing all of the outdoor possibilities there were with this property.
We deff want to go back in the summer!!!

Originally, we were planning on renting in Mystic, since there is so much to do around the area. But we were swayed by the vast options available at Jen’s and Erich’s house.
We were not disappointed.
The pool and hot tub were amazing to have available after a long day of sightseeing. We took full advantage of the fire pit, corn hole, table tennis, and hammocks too!
The hosts were incredible to work with. Super responsive and helpful! We would not hesitate to return!

We (short-term owners of three years) had a fantastic week-long stay with a group of 7! The house was impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Check-in was a breeze, and the hosts were incredibly attentive, kind, and quick with helpful suggestions. The variety of games and activities—especially the record player, fire pits, hot tub, and air hockey—kept us entertained. All amenities were ready for use, making our stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommend!
