Welcome to The Roxbury — a spacious, thoughtfully designed retreat created for connection, comfort, and unforgettable memories. Whether you're planning a family getaway, friends’ retreat, celebration, or extended stay, this home offers the perfect blend of relaxation and recreation.

The Space

This spacious 4-bedroom home comfortably accommodates two families vacationing together without ever feeling crowded. Fully renovated in 2024 and continually updated, the property is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood just minutes from beaches, dining, and entertainment.

We provide all linens, bath and beach towels, and a full laundry room with washer and dryer. All comforters are professionally washed before each stay, and the home is stocked with convenient kitchen and bath staples to make

settling in effortless.

Sleeping Arrangements

4 Bedrooms | 5 Beds | 2 Sleeper Sofas

  • 2 bedrooms with king beds and dedicated workspaces

  • 1 bedroom with a full bed

  • 1 bedroom with a full bed and single bed

  • 1 full sleeper sofa (downstairs living area)

  • 1 queen sleeper sofa with an 8” memory foam mattress (downstairs living area)

There are 2 full bathrooms, both located on the main floor — one of which is a private en suite connected to the primary bedroom.

Inside the Home

  • 2 living areas with 75” and 65” Smart TVs

  • Sonos sound system

  • Record player/turntable

  • Indoor dining area with breakfast nook

  • Cozy gas fireplace

  • Central heat and air conditioning

The kitchen is fully equipped for group meals and entertaining, including dinnerware, serving platters, lobster pot, and grilling accessories.

Outdoor Living

The backyard offers multiple spaces to relax, gather, and play:

  • Deck with seating

  • Patio with pool and hot tub lounges

  • Outdoor dining area with fire pit

  • Additional patio with large fire pit and Adirondack chairs

  • Beautiful lawn with barn, picnic table, and hammocks (please use caution)

  • Outdoor shower

  • 2 BBQ grills (1 gas grill + 1 charcoal/smoker)

  • Tesla EV charger in driveway

And of course… the pool!
The pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, and the 7-seat hot tub is open year-round.
